People wake up very dull and energy-less, mostly because they have slept very late at night.

Tea or cofee—these are very common drinks that people have.
The point is, they want to feel energetic. You get instant energy with tea or coffee—instant.
You feel refreshed, your brain starts thinking, everything goes well. So you do that.

People don’t realize that the after-effect of all these nerve stimulants is depressive.
You take cofee, your nerves are shaken up, energetic, agile, and you start functioning your life.
You start thinking, moving ahead in life But within 2 to 3 hours, the effect of that stimulant is gone.
Automatically, you are dull and depressed, You can’t think again.
You feel sleepy, you are yawning, and don’t know how to cope up with the work.
So again, you take a cup of coffee.
Tea, coffee, cocoa, wine, liquor, and other drugs—they are all habits.
So we get into a trap. Yoga says, Don’t start your day like this.
🥛 A Better Alternative to Begin Your Day
- You better have a nice warm cup of milk—diluted milk.
- A cup of water with ginger, lemongrass, and mint leaves—any of these herbs.
- Boil and then add an equal amount of milk and take this drink.
- It is the most energetic, sattvic drink which helps you to carry for a whole time.
- Maybe every 4 hours, such drinks should be taken.
🌿 Choose Healthy Routines with Awareness
Try and change your attitude towards life. Try and see that you start healthy, live healthy.
Let me tell you—nothing is bad in the world.
You should know when, where, how much, and so on.
Coffe is very good when a person has loose motion.
A cup of coffee can be a binder. You don’t have to take medicine.
Just take coffe or black coffee with a little lemon—or just black coffee.
It’s a very good drink to become a little more relaxed.
